Years ago you could buy a G M Marine Crate engine with a warranty. Not sure if it is still available that way. Would need to bolt to your drive. Worst case should be buying a marine rated starter ?? Good luck.

S S parts should not contact Aluminum. Aluminum parts on a Aluminum boat. I would remove the S S statement. The blue & white inside of the hull would look & sell faster if it was just normal Aluminum finishes.
Boats are not usually bought for looking like a Resto Mod car.

I listened to you run it again You are Teasing the WOT setting. I saw the throttle being slightly moved back and forth a smidge. Hold the throttle twist against FULL POWER position for 15 seconds.
