    If the wire has the end? post a pic? The wiring harness from the dash should have a lead that connects to the wire, It's possible it was cut or someone taped it back? From the part I see(parts list) the wire should have a wire with a plug in connector?

    The exit is what you should worry about, stick a piece of wire in there and see if it's blocked and any rust comes out. You can get the surface milled.

    Might be the radio or an automatic pump switch. Unhook the negative cable, hook a test light to the N post and then to the end of the N cable, the light should come on. Then start pulling fuses and when the light goes off that's your problem???

    The press is used for installing the seals, much easier than trying to push them in by hand. But!! not everyone has a press. Yes pry them out or turn the part over and see if they can be driven out? FT11293 is the tool. $53 on ebay 202574814241 (took me 35min.to find that)

    Check the buss bar where the harness hooks to the motor harness. It might be cut off ? Tan wire, I think??

    That impeller is bad. The vanes need to be straight/90d from the center. It might pump water but not as good as it should. They will orient themselves once they start turning. But as they are in a permanent bend they just might fall apart when they start turning??? WATER PUMP IMPELLER F433065-2

    Hose clamp?? coolant line?? Pictures please? I don't remember any coolant lines?? Is the kill switch on? As far as the not starting, do a compression test, then a spark test. Then tell us about the results.

    The drive shaft is held in place with a special driveshaft nut. You will need a special tool to remove the nut.     No Seafoam.(my opinion) Use OMC or Mercury Power Tune or Engine Tuner, Yamaha has their own decarb stuff. I get a bottle of Chevron with Techron from Auto Zone(black bottle).     Even with numbers this is gonna be tough to find. Try Franz Marine and then start looking for Marine Salvage yards. They used this carb on Mercury and a whole bunch of other applications from 1984 to 1997 What's wrong that the old cant be rebuilt?

    That lanyard looks like it works??? When the kill switch is working, it completes a circuit. You'll have to remove the KS and tie the wire ends together. Like I said it might be working??

    If you have no spark then look into that? You have a boat or just the motor? Boat: look for the kill switch? outboardignitiondotcom has test procedures.

    Is it a Harbor Freight tester? That's why it's low. BUT!!! at 60# on all 3 that shows the cylinders are probably ok , and you just need a better gauge. You didn't mention spark????
