    Not exactly sure what you're saying or asking, but it sounds to me like you're not setting your throttle cable right.

    No....it will not but if it fails and you overheat the engine, bye bye outboard. It can test fine (with a volt meter) but when you put that kind of amps through....then that condition applies.

    Yes, kill circuit can be intermittent. Corrosion was most likely your problem. Did you test your overheat system? I do mine every year.

    HP is HP....often times when your using the same block size kick out of the hole and getting on a plane are better. My 2 cents.

    Cracked fuel lines indicates replacement light unless you like trouble.

    What's your battery voltage at the battery, at the solenoid and finally at the starter while cranking. Post numbers and we will tell you were your problems ly.

    I use gas welding torch cleaners...comes in a kit. Their like mini file pokers and a little vinegar helps.

    Videos work. Everything seems to be in order...only thing I can think of is either your not lining it up correctly or the seal on the top of the pump is missing or wore out.
