    Voltage regulator

Judging by the transistor on the back, that particular parts was superseded by a new sometime ago. Guessing you are SOL on that particular part OEM unless you can find a used on on eBay or something similar

    Dual battery switch and isolator

You could replace, but I would looked into a Blue Seas “add a battery” kit. Not a fan of 1/2/both switches https://www.bluesea.com/products/7650/Add-A-Battery_Kit_-_120A

Please HELP! Am I being overcharged for Presale Inspection, Service, etc 2016 Cobalt R3?

The parts prices on the invoice look like cost. Coincidence the excess amount is almost exactly 3 times parts cost? Pretty typical parts markup

    Dual battery switch and isolator

If you only have one battery the isolator serves no purpose. Just use the switch.

    Multiple Electrical Issues

Molex connectors on a boat....;( Guarantee you have the dreaded "black wire" disease in the wire as well. Better off to strip back some wire to get rid of the disease and attach new pins. Better yet, buy a suitable connector and fix the problem once and for all...

Going from surge brakes to no brakes

My complaint with drums is not rust. Its too many moving parts to break or seize at the most inopportune times. I've had seized pistons, seized adjusters, broken springs, shoes delaminate, you name it. Obviously you've had good luck with your maintenance schedule but.....once done out of...

Agree. I have no idea what he has. Just that they do exist.....I have an 3.5 EB with the max. tow package sitting in the drive way. I don't have a yellow sticker. Just a sticker giving GAWRs with a GVWR (#7,850), tire sizes, etc. Getting a range of curb weights for my truck but the math comes...

Rehab SportCraft 222 1983 deep V hull cuddy walkaround

The short answer is no, especially if used in a SW environment. Will stain in a heart beat. BTW be careful of the alloy “description” you find posted on the web. Many, many are full of misleading, incorrect or outdated information. Most are copy and paste from other websites.

Going from surge brakes to no brakes

The truck will have no problems pulling the load with or without brakes. You could put the boat and trailer in the bed of the truck and still be below max. pay load weight. Your restrictions are going to be legal. Check legal requirements in your jurisdiction

4 blade to 3 blade, speed?

The number of blades has no bearing on the theoretical forward speed of a prop. Its the pitch of the prop that determines forward speed. The net result of dropping a blade and decreasing 2" in pitch is roughly a 300-400 RPM increase in WOT. 17" x 5600 = 95,200 15" x 6000 = 90,000 You...

    Clanking/rattling sound after prop change

Prop chatter is generated in the lower unit. Resonates up the drive shaft to the motor So was mine. Ended up swapping it out for the Rubex to eliminate the noise So was mine Same number of blades? Same weight/inertia in prop shaft? Same newly installed hub?
