4 blade to 3 blade, speed?

Depends on the specific prop. Different designs and manufacturers produce diffrent results. Decreasing the pitch by 13.3% (17/15) and increasing the RPM by 13.3% (5600 to 6328 rpm) is a net gain of Zero

    Transducer placement ?

Now you really got me scratching my head. You mean like this? This is the power cable. This is the transducer cable

    Transducer placement ?

Confused…..there is no fuse on the transducer cable. You pull the transducer cable “into” the boat from the outside. Only connector has to pass through the back of the boat

Keeping the rim crevice from rusting...

Futile effort unless you “seal” (weld) both sides of the “crack”. The fix is a one (1) piece rim

    Trim tabs 1998 sundowner 245

Tabs and actuators get mounted (screws and epoxy) on the transom. The control unit is mounted at the helm. Wire control into distribution panel. Pull wires back to actuators and terminate. Having said that, not a fan of mounting electric motors in contact with water. It’s not if an actuator...

    Preparation before applying 5200

Are you sealing or using it to hold the drive on the back of the boat? One would think the mounting bolts alone would suffice to attach it to the boat.

2006 Yamaha 150V Outboard - Bendix Not engaging

What does "cold" mean? Fully charged battery voltage is 12.7 volts. Can't get to 13.66V w/o the motor running? You either have a bad battery, a dirty battery connection or bad battery cable

2006 Yamaha 150V Outboard - Bendix Not engaging

The fact that your getting no voltage drop at all is suspicious in itself. Usually drops below 12 volts when cranking. Suggest you check the voltage drop at the battery side of the relay while cranking.

    boat battery fluctuating voltage!

DC current is directional. Reversing the probes would have changed the readings from positive to negative voltages. Are you sure your not reading AC instead of DC voltage?
