    Thats the thing i dont have a plug like that, all i have is a wire harness that ties into a wire block on a plate that is still in the boat. so i dont have a wire harness on the engine. the picture show how its connected to the battery power when its in the boat. left side of picture.

    the only reason i ask is that when i cleaned the carb the paint on the carb was coming off with the carb cleaner. so i stripped the carb of all paint and figure why repaint it. speacialy if I have to clean it again

    so it looks like 9.9 to 20ph is what most are suggesting. it would also be used to get us back if the main engine dies. thanks guys.

    good question. there is an ignition module on the distributor looks just like a car setup. I don't know what the numbers are on it. The boat is still in it's winter cocoon.

    I have an 19ft aluminum with a small cuddy what size 4 stroke kicker should I get for trolling. this is the boat. the tower was taken off so its just the boat.
