    Re: 1992 force 40hp cooling If the old impeller came out in pieces??? Then some pieces are probably still in the tube. Try to clean them out. The 40-50 needs a special muff.The big one doesn't seal right. If the tube isin't clogged try taping the muffs and tape it good.
