    It is a blown head gasket or motor needs a rebuild.----Simple as that.

    Older Carb Experiences

    There is not much that can go wrong with these simple carburetors.-----It is the last thing I worry about when working on older motors.-----A carburetor is a simple / crude device that responds to air flowing through a venturi.-----Much overthinking on them.

    The 2 yellow wires go to a rectifier change AC to DC .----So yes , the stator charges the battery.
