    don't suppose this is a 4.3 gxi you have ? if she is...diz cap is the go to thing that causes this...other than crappy fuel. if the diz cap is flat with leads going into the side (not the top)...a betting man would have money on this being the issue..famous for it now.

    failing the above ideas...check you don't have water in the cylinders and it is locked up...take the plugs out and try it...if she turns over then..you have issues most likely caused by water from the manifolds

    Did you have a look in the intake grate to see if there was anything jamming the prop up ? Or to see if it’s hard into the wear ring. I’d think if you can get a hold of the shaft or prop enough…you should be able to turn it with the spark plugs out. Just a wee 1500 3 cylinder thing I’m sure

    good stuff...I would say any good stainless prop from merc will be a great start. around a 21'. The tempest in particular I have yet to know being anything but brilliant. I know they run incredibly well on the regal 1900 hull with a 4.3 for sure. loads of acceleration and serious top end too.

    Ct does have the large gearcase. So needs to run the props that suit it. It’s the same size props that usually fit the Mercury engines of 150hp and above. Also the same as the mercruiser alpha and bravo 1 outdrives.
