    From what you’ve said…especially around it dying over certain rpms…I’d be looking at its charging system and battery. If you aren’t getting sufficient voltage and amps from the charging system or the battery is compromised…you’ll start loosing ignition ability and shortly after…lose it all together.

Although I think naturally a 21” in most occasions might be a little much for most 3.0 (but not unheard of)…I also know that the difference between the trim being fully down and trimmed...

    Looking at the marking on the lower unit pictured there…to the left of the picture…doesn’t look right. See the clean section ? As well as or a result of…there has been deflection in the head to gasket seal for sure.
