    Use google----Visit every small town.----Look for marine boat repair.-----Give them a call and see if they are interested in helping you in the slow season.-----I know of a small shop in SUNDRE.

    There is very little that goes wrong with carburetors.---How is the motor running ?---Did you install a new water pump impeller last January ?-----What trouble shooting have you done if any?

    If vent hose is plugged you have bypassed that feature by opening the gas cap.

    The tank is vented when you open the cap !!----Recheck your work.----This should be simple to solve !

    Opining the gas cap vents the tank.-----The bulb collapsing clearly indicates a blockage between the bulb and tank.----Try another bulb ?

    Your motor is the 90 crossflow.-----So it is the 90*CV that you need.----LV is for a totally different LOOP charged V- 4 / 6

    I think you need to check your compression tester.----Or borrow / rent one and check compression on that 25 HP motor.
