    Hopefully it’s what has been suggested above. But the pessimism in me might suggest that you might have a hydro locking issue. Caused by water in cylinders. Usual suspects would be the frost damage to manifolds and or risers. Hopefully not though.

    Good idea. You won’t be far off with that. At the very least, I’d be 99% sure you’d be within an inch or two of what it needs anyway. Just know that if it’s a 1.5 ratio alpha, then even the quickest of hulls would struggle to run a 21” with your engine. Even a 19” might be a few hundred rpm off...

    If you are doing 3700 rpm and only 6mph...something is majorly wrong. Something is slipping or sheared in the drive train. Most likely candidate is the prop hub.
