If there's water comin' out of it, the core plug in the back of the block is probably been pushed out by frozen ice,....

Sometimes it's stamped into the barrel, other times cast into the hub, under the nut,....
Ayuh,..... Pull the ram off the drive, hold over a catch can, 'n manually pump it a time or two,.....
It'll then be nearly empty of oil,....
Fillin' is done by puttin' things back together, 'n runnin' it full up, 'n down a few times,....

There should be an alphanumeric model designation,.....

The tops of the tab struts are solid, except for the fitting inside the hull,....

Btw,... a camera can put yer eyes where yer head won't fit,.....
My guess is, the 2" thick part of the transom is only the flat area, not the "bulbous" part, which is more likely 1/4 to 3/8" thick,.....

If you've got No paper trail, you've pretty much got a pile of steel, 'n not a trailer,.....

'n bedsides that, the transom just needs to transfer it's load to the stringers, which is what the original did,....

When turned to "Start", is there power at the yellow/ red wire,..??
When in "run", is there power to the purple wire,..??
