    Here is where I go for marine rebuild kits. (they are an hour north of me) they list just the seal kit for Volvo Penta and a seal/rod kit with an improved piston.

    texas has had some cold temperatures over the last 16 years. I would pressure test the water jacket to make sure the block and heads are not cracked. I would remove the manifold and do an acetone test. a lot of work to get that boat back up to snuff.

    there is no arc suppression on the relays. after a while the contacts can weld themselves easy to check. use a test light or a DVM this says you need new relays

    The water pressure sensor is not rated for water. It's an oil pressure sensor. It's been covered before. Search the forums

    if the PS oil cooler is leaking, it wont leak in the bilge, it goes out the exhaust thru the prop

    most likely the return line. go to napa for power steering return hose. its sold by the foot.
