    Use a wet vac to suck the water out and pour a quart of RV anti-freeze in the drain(s) as part of your winterization process..... I'm fortunate in that all my drains (deck, splash, live and bait well drains) are above the water line and go directly overboard. (y)

    The alarm system typically isn't armed until powered through the key. I would be looking for a ground loop related to the drive. Doesn't have a Mercathode by chance?
