    Need to figure out is it fuel, spark or motor. Does the new motor have a flat tappet or roller cam? If flat was cam broke in? You sure the tank was completely empty as in bone dry? Could dump contents of the filter into clear container to see if anything is there but clean gas Check timing

    Picked up my grandson today You have done great work, the puzzler for me is why water doesn't move up the hose to the crossover instead of it going down.

    !0 micron is what you want and the pump will have no issue with it. Only time it ever will is if it gets clogged up, which hopefully will be a long time

    Agree with Kenny look for the boost/assist relay There is no spark even when the key is turned ON and manually jump starter?

    It's specified in the VV manual 8m0050668 There should be something in the menu where wizard is listed

    Might try using the setup wizard. Mine will do the full fault if the tank has 40 gal or less and I slow down. Then the fuel sloshes back and it goes away.

    Look under the boat for a intake. MUC said there should be a Y connection so go from the brass pump and follow the hose back to the Y and then see where the 2 hoses go

    Will water go in the bottom of the man and come out the exhaust? If it does then it may be in the crossover or the poppet valve

    Agree, but we need to know is it the Alpha to Bravo connection which is causing the overheat, or something else I actually think it would work fine to remove the drive impeller and plate so water flows freely, but has not been tested that I know of

    A Tic may just may just mean the Bat is dead. First post mentioned it was on a charger, the charger is compensating for a bad Bat

    Good Then lets work on voltages to were they should be. Probably something simple like a kill switch or other. Put a meter on the Battery and see if you can read 12.7V

    Thanks What do you or anyone think about removing impeller and restriction plate in pump and allow it to just flow thru like the Bravo?
