    Search for 861156A1 and others will show up To do actual pressure check it would take a fitting 91-806901 and gauge Pressure should be 30 psi

    Don't know your serial number but a TBI should be 30 psi and the hose clamped with that hose would would be leaking if not start to bulge. Can see from the pic that the hose is easy to fold over and crimp No issue with after market fuel pump

    Looks like your pump is shot. You should not be able to use those hose clamps and clear hose without them coming apart

    Most cases you get what you pay for, Everstart are low budget Bats. You mentioned so I'm figuring 1 Bat at 12V So long as you don't have a trolling motor, I would suggest a good AGM Bat, group 31 or 27 (Major Brands Duracell, Trojan, Odyssey, Interstate, Deka) Also install a good maintenance...

    Haven't done or heard it being done on anything but a house boat Those units work pretty well but do need cleaning even in fresh water due to build up inside the coils

    I'm assuming all the water is to cold (shrinkage and all) :rolleyes: Us guys hang it over the side, it's only used by the ladies when water is cold

    Always helps a bunch to tell use what your working on. Found the pump in manual 5 for TR and TRS drives The thing just to the left of the right trim line is a dipstick and fill point Fill with 10W30 or 10W40 oil

    Don't know about your area but inland lakes here have pump outs at most all marinas and only cost $10, free id you buy gas
