    weight capacity on small boats is the motor, fuel tank, fuel lines, all gear, anything in the cooler plus you and your guests. so start adding up everything, including your bimini top, ropes, etc. and you would be surprised at how much less beer you can bring.

    Your 30 year old boat has plastic fittings and plumbing that lasts a max of 15 years. Plan on going through every bit of livewell plumbing and plan on new thru-hull fittings, hoses, etc
