    This got me thinking about another gun I got from Dad when he passed. Its a Erma 22 LR luger. Made in Germany and is a nice piece, only issue is the spring in the magazine. Erma went out of business and not many parts around, might look around to see if I can find one

    A very long time ago I left my Ruger single six with another (not going to say why) and kept the Mag cylinder. Kept thinking about it and thought about getting another. Found the 22 cal pistol is worth $7 to $800 bucks, for a 22 ?? Really?

    Suggest take the timing cover off also to check those timing marks. In my teen's I had a 66 Galaxy with a 292 and remember the timing marks being matched side ways. Looked it up and sure enough they are (12 links).
