    How did this motor run for you last season ?-----Are wires from CDI / switch box going to the correct coils ?-----Checked flywheel key ?-----Why did you replace the enricher valve ?----No need to open throttle for a compression test on this 2 stroke motor.

    Did your motor over heat ?-----Are you referring to the copper tube from the pump to the engine ?-----Or the tell tale water pump indicator.------You did install a new impeller I hope ?

    Flywheel does not need to come off.----It appears to be 4 bolts and those 2 brackets come off.----Then starter might fall out.

    The bulb is a simple manual fuel pump.-----A good bulb will move air.-----Test this bulb using a bucket of water.-------It should get rid of the air and start pumping the water.

    What is known as a 2+2 motor.-----The bottom 2 carburetors run very lean below about 1800 RPM.----It only runs on the top 2 cylinders at idle.---Do a compression test.-------I suggest a water test before handing over your hard earned money.

    Do a full evaluation of this motor before spending any beer tokens.-----Post the compression numbers here.-----Do a spark check as well.-----Pull it over with a rope for the testing.----Maybe remove bypass cover to look at pistons / rings.
