    The issue is not the plugs !----Does spark jump a gap of 7/16" on both leads on a test device ?----Run with a timing light one cylinder at a time.----See how spark behaves at full throttle.-----I am thinking there may be an issue with bottom crankshaft seal.----But I can not see or hear your motor.

    Port side top is #2----The top cylinder ( look carefully ) is #1-----#1 is on the starboard side.

    Many different opinions on compression.-----I would be concerned with those numbers on my gauges.----Then again it may have a ---" low compression kit "---Installed on it.

    ???-----Those are drain holes should there be a leak in the cowling.----Either from rain or a gasket leak.----Drive by your local shop and ask them to show where a tell tale would be.

    Anchors are hard to buy when you need a bigger one in tough conditions.----Looks very similar to a danforth style.

    A 1974 model or ???-----Pressure test the gearcase to find the leak.-----A complete seal kit is a good idea.----Including the shift rod o-ring.-----Check shift linkages for poor assembly / adjustment.-----Perhaps another prop.

    They changed in 1993 model year !!-----The motor in the picture is a 1998 as per decals.

    Well it appears that the Force motors used a 10 spline prop.-----Some will argue.----A local good Mercury dealer that cares about customers will help you.-----Sadly many do not know older motors or care , unless you come in to spend $10,000 for a motor.

    Sometimes a trip to your local boat shop will solve the issue.----Last I heard ---Amazon ----Does not have n=boat mechanics on the payroll.----Agreed a Force prop might be easy to find for that motor.

    There are no choke flappers on this motor.----A fuel primer valve opens and fuel goes into the motor when cranking.----This fuel bypasses the carburetor bowls and metering circuits.-----If fuel spills out of carburetors when cranking you need to look and find out why.

    Is the red lever inline with the primer valve body ?----Test for spark on this motor.------Spark must jump a gap of 3/8" on a test device.---Is there spark on all 6 leads or just 3 of them ?

    In what position is the red lever on the primer solenoid valve ?-----What are the compression values on this motor.
