    The high speed jet is in the very bottom of the float bowl.----It is about 5/8" long with 1/4-20NC thread.-----In the very bottom of the float bowl !!----And I am quite familiar with these carburetors.----Likely have a dozen or more laying around !

    If water was INSIDE on the roller bearings then there might be damage.----Pitting of crankshaft and connecting rods may have occurred.------Motor will run but for how long ?-----Removing bypass covers ( 4 screws each ) allows for a look inside the crankcase, may help you decide.

    Took a motor apart last month.----1993 crossflow 90 HP.----Had been apart before and 2 new standard pistons had been installed.-----Found damage at the wristpin retainer grooves.------No identification marks on those 2 pistons.-----I use WISECO or factory pistons.

    Sounds like someone had trouble with this motor.----New plugs every weekend and damaged that head.-----Best check this motor over carefully before spending your beer tokens on parts.
