    In order for the starter to spin the solenoid has to be pulled in. When the solenoid the starter gear pushes into the flywheel and then power is applied to the starter windings. Either the actuating arm is disconnected or damaged. https://www.howacarworks.com/illustrations/pre-engaged-starter

    Slight overfill should not cause oil burning, If its a head gasket it may start to raise the oil level by water getting into the pan. If oil continues to come up then that's what it is If it is a head gasket then water can get into the cylinders

    The oil looks fine. Oil will never look as good as when it was put in because there is always some old left behind Some condensation isn't bad and mostly normal. More so if it sits for a few days. Might need a compression test to see if there is a gasket issue. Is the motor closed...

    Might be the pump seals. Get the gaskets for the entire pump if not a new pump housing Might be a misalignment with the pump tube in the drive

    Probably needs the seals replaced in the cylinders. They can bind up and won't go down. There is less pressure available going down then up

    Are you sure its the radio draining the bat? Other things can cause a drain, maybe the alternator or key switch is not fully shutting off. If the ALT has a bad diode it will charge when running and cause a drain when off.

    Most radios don't run off the key, they are hard wired. Also most radios don't draw enough to drain a battery over a few hours. Does it have a amp?

    Need the pump redone again or there is a restriction between the drive and cool fuel. The water coming around the muffs is more on the starboard is more then the port. Could be at the transom, or hose kink from bell housing to transom
