WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO. CHANGE

Yes, google Delco EST and then find the marine kit Find the AC Delco kit, not the Sierra. Sierra may work and last just fine, but in my opinion, I try to stay away from Sierra

Ford 460 Dies after running for a bit.

Might be starving for fuel. When it does it, go to the gas cap and open it and listen for air being sucked in. If you hear air then the tank vent line is clogged and the fuel pump is drawing a vacuum Can also look down the throat of the carb and pump the throttle to see if you see gas squirt in

    Cleaning IAC

Putting a scanner on the motor you could see if the IAC counts were normal (around 40 at idle). If it is in the normal area and does stall, just means the IAC is unable to react fast enough to keep it idling.

    Cleaning IAC

Is it idling to slow? Giving it a slight increase in throttle does it stay running? If both are true, I'll assume you have cleaned the IAC. It may just need replacing.

    Fuel leak

The pic doesn't show hex nuts or maybe an optical illusion Least its on the low pressure side, would make it easier to fix. I would remove the line and check the sealing surfaces

    Cleaning IAC

Many do some don't. Your design could be either depending on when manufactured. I would not give it much thought so far as design. Your having trouble with idle?
