    Adjust the little black wheel on the cable at the motor.------That should pull the lever against the idle stop.-----If it stalls on you the carburetors may need cleaning.----How did it run for you last season ?

    Lower units and midsection are totally different.---Trim units do not interchange between these 2 motors.-----Controls with the big red plug fit any motor with the big red plug.

    Open the low speed mixture screws 1/8th turn at a time and see if stalling goes away.

    That is operating correctly.--Very little can go wrong or out of adjustment there.------You may get positive results if you explain what your motor is doing / not doing.----If you are having running issues then the first thing to do is a compression test.----Post your numbers.

    The metal might form an oxide coating.----That needs to be cleaned.----Doubt you need new points.----And even new points need to be cleaned.

    I think 10 liters / hr is too much.----Start engine.-----Turn each low speed screw all the way in and report if engine responds in any way to that adjustment.
