    Yes your ALT can handle it but also suggest adding a automatic charge relay (ACR. The ACR will automatically charge the second bat without flipping the switch. The switch can still be used to combine bats if needed to start

    Since your replacing everything with new style yo don't need the reverse lock. If the motor will not even come on then there is a wiring problem. What control buttons do you have (3 button)?

    The shift switch should only move when the boat is in the water, in gear and your shifting into neutral. Adjust the lower shift cable to make sure its is adjusted correctly If this is correct, then adjust the shift switch so it is positioned in the center

    Cross these two shown should energize the relay and the starter should crank the motor. If this does not happen, you can jump across the larger terminals on each side which by passes the solenoid. Doing it this way will pull a lot more current, so if done use large cables

    The LH and RH rotation is based from looking at the flywheel. The various starter location advises which rotation is needed to rotate the motor based on where the starter is located. The starter mounted on the port side down low, and needing a RH motor rotation then you need a CCW starter

    Looked in the LK manual and its showing the same as I have. Need BruceB to assit because I'm missing something I guess. Using the GL-A thru GL-E show the similar wiring, and don't see any relay and if a fuse blew I don't see if running at all.

    Great no leak, and it might be an optical illusion but the gap looks closer and if you look at the threads, I don't see the same amount of threads. Otherwise I don't see an issue
