    I think you have made a bad connection with your meter leads (+ or -) or you blew a fuse moving things around. If your engine will crank, the purple wire has 12V on it, or if you turn the key to ON and the alarm/buzzer sounds you have 12V on the purple wire. Below is the schematic

    I would stick with two batteries, one starting and one deep cycle. The standard 80amp alt will put out plenty to charge both batteries. The issue is AGM and Lead acid have different change rates and float levels. The AGM will charge faster then lead acid but this would not be a major issue...

    Here is a wiring diagram I found on THT and the only Yel/Blue wire goes to the Coolant Temp *CT) sensor (right side about middle). While this is not for your exact engine the color codes should be the same.

    :welcome: to iboats The boat was made by Maxum and sits pretty low to the water. They did make this boat in a Fish-n-ski and bass boat design from what I found. Difference being live wells in the front or bench seating. Does your boat resemble the below pics?
