    U may have your fuel pick up tube screen clogged. I removed mine after I had a similar problem. I let regular water separator keep fuel clean.

    UR trapping water??? U can use a shop vac to suck some of the water out. If, after a day it keeps dripping out of screw holes. Try drilling a few limber holes and pray very little comes out.
