    I had this same problem with the Mariner version of this engine. Turned out to be the ADBV at the tank suction point. The little check ball had literally semi-welded itself in place.

    I know Edelbrock has had marine carbs for years and they have literature claiming USCG approval but USCG approval comes with an approval number and I have not seen that anywhere.

    Turbo tax

    Worked very well for me as it was simple, easy to use and free while I was in the service, especially since I only had to do federal returns. I still use it, it just costs me now, though discounted through USAA.
