    I normally catch the perch for my dog. I clean them and place them in a dehydrator and make perch jerky for her. Catch 1 striper in Maryland if you dont like to fish for other species your day is done. 1 per day down here.

    I am going to get some vinyl cleaner and clean and buff them with my rotary buffer/microfiber and see if that will make a difference. I never clean them this way just soap and water. I still want to replace even if it is just to learn how anyway.

    If you get a boat cover (general tarp) I would recommend getting one like this. Extremely thick and should last for years. I have 2 white in the summer and brown in the winter.

    I had a problem with my 79 it had the coil packs. i would squeeze the bulb until I see some fluid drip from the carb. Then it would fire right up. If I did not, I would have to advance the throttle and try a few times to crank over.

    They must be comparing that to the old 5.4 and 4.6 engines. From what I found last year the numbers were not that far off (Torque/Rpm) with the Coyote. Fuel mileage was about the same also. I get better fuel miles with my 4.6 than 4.0 V6 that come in the 3rd gen explorer/moutaineer.
