    Guess it depends on the bandwidth in the area. Since VZW switched over to 5G messaging, messages can take up to 30 minutes to processed and passed along in our local area. Have not noticed much difference out of our area.

    Not a fan of the lanyard type devices. Lost another this winter fishing solo. Cant fish tethered to the helm. An unintended shutdown at the wrong time can could pit you in peril. Wireless kills are much more user friendly

    My neighbor had the same issue when the marina mounted a new 20" shaft outboard on his 25" transom boat. Other than that, a very common issue on a bracketed boat since the thrust hits the transom.
