I still haven't had much time to work on it....but I did find a fun little toy to play with until the restoration is done....Even though it isn't a Starcraft, it is a nice little War Eagle. The price was right, put my 60 h.p. mercury on it, and no other work is needed on it. It will get me out in the marshes and flats for some Reds and hopefully a few Spotted. I figure one of the three things is going to happen....1. After I finish the resto on the Starcraft, I'll sell this one for the money to get a suitable motor....2. I'll love this one so much that I'll enjoy the resto job and sell the Starcraft (biting tongue for even mentioning that....3. (Favored choice) Finish the resto, get a suitable motor, and KEEP them BOTH...one for deeper water and one for the flats....best of both worlds!!! Just a quick update for you all.
