Okay, the admiral said no to the big spending trip to Montana, she says the boat budget is getting pretty slim, as I wasn't supposed to start this one till fall. So I talked her into letting me pick up a couple sheets of 3/4, a gallon of varnish and a couple jugs of Gorrila glue locally, so I could get the transom back in. Got it cut out and glued up, trim it all up in the morning and trial fit for the key hole cut out.
