ok four new pieces made. one for a side piece, one for the face of the wall to cover a staple line, and two shelf fronts (see couple posts back with the new shelves) needed to trim them out with a piece that would also act as a lip.
When I decided to not re-use the jump seats, I disassembled them and saved all the wood (and aluminum) from them. Took two pieces, cut bullnose off one side and trimmed to width. Then cut a rabbet. I didn't want any surface showing attachment points other than nail holes which I will putty over so I figured a rabbet with glue would add extra strength since it will get some use when we are loading/unloading the shelves with 'stuff'. First coat one and I'm sure hoping this is the last four of the 12,862 pieces of trim...
(yes I know the rabbet cut is different depths had two different thicknesses of shelving material)
