Yup, Take the clamps off in the morning and try real hard to peel that transom off. I mean real hard. You want to know now if it's got a problem. I'm bettin it's stuck tighter than chewin gum on a church pew!!!!!;):D

I'd be more concerned about ripping your fingernails off 'trying' to pull the transom loose. 'Cause I suspect it's not just gonna be stuck, it's going to be WELL STUCK........... I seem to have missed the hollow areas too.......

Wood gave me instructions on how to repair my mess ups. This one is about 3" long and 1/2" wide at its widest place wouls the fill with pb then 2 layers of 1708 on wax paper work for this mess up also or is it to big second one is outside its about 2" above chine

Hmmm, Looks like the transom survived your tuggin and pullin!!!:D Fillets look fine. I'd say you're a bit heavy on the Fibers. Hou much you puttin in. I'd recommend about 1/4 cup per Quart. The wax paper patches will work fine on what I'm seein'. If you can carry it to the hull without makin a mess it'll work.

Umm I just guesstimated the fibers probably closer to 1/2 cup I will cut back on that. Yes I was able to get my hands behind the transom and pull hard enough to move the boat and me I also put some pressure on with a prybar

These are pictures of the top of my transom where it meets the hull I guess. My plan is to pb even with the existing fiberglass then lay new mat over the whole lip . I hope that makes sense Also what should I use 1708 csm or 18oz woven

Personally, It's not structural soooo, I'd put a couple of layers of CSM and call it good. You're just looking for waterproofing and the CSM will provide plenty of that along with the resin. PB looks mucho bettero!!!

Re: Deck coating / Turned complete restore

Ok one more question I didn't see it mentioned in woods deck stringer and transom instructions when I tab in the transom with the 1708 what size width on the strips would first tab of 6" and second with 8" work also I am going to touch up my pb do I have to wait for it to harden before I tab

Re: Deck coating / Turned complete restore

One 8" tabbing should be adequate. Then a Full layer of 1708 that extends 4"past the tabbing. Finish up with a Final full layer of 1708 that goes 4" past the previous one. Once the PB is somewhat solid you can start tabbing.
