Martinez is a truble maker. He is not as good as he thinks he is. Well, its official, the Boston District Attorneys's office has handed down charges of assault, against Yankees Jeff Nelson and Karim Garcia in the ballpen incident!<br /><br />That city is hellbent on getting to the World Series at any price, including using the DA's Office to file false acusations and charges in an attempt to shake-up the Yankees to cover for Boston's pisspoor playing!<br /><br />What a shame and a disgrace to baseball!<br /><br />An off-duty Boston groundskeeper, jumps into the ballpen of NY, and starts to verbally assault the Yankee players, and now because the Yankee players reacted to a tresspasser in the ballpen, they are being charged with assault, yet Manny Rameriaz deliberatly tries to kill someone with a 100mph pitch to the head, and nothing happens.<br /><br />This has tarnished Bostons reputation, and baseballs reputation beyond repair.<br /><br />Just because their sore lossers!<br /><br />What a bunch of BABIES !<br /><br />The Red Sox's do not deserve to be in the divisional finals or the World Series, and MLB will probably be doing something about it in the near future, as reported by ESPN.<br /><br />Kenny

Ryan, you owe SBN an apology... that was un called for.<br /><br />Kenny, <br /><br />the story up here, according to the Sox owners and the Boston Police that were stationed there, is that the guy, a school teacher, was on duty working the bull pen as he has for years. He has a spotless record. Word is Nelson flipped out saying "the guy got in my face and we can't have that" whatever that means... Doesn't Nelson have a history of being unstable?<br /><br />The school teacher was sent to the hospital...<br /><br />As for Pedro, he was charged by Zimmer. He shouldn't have shoved the old guy down but in the heat of the moment with a guy coming after you, you probably forget he's in his 70s....<br /><br />Re Boston, I think most people across the country will agree that it is one of the greatest sports towns in the country. Fans here cheer good players regardless of the team as displayed by the standing O Clemens got here. Ask any great player of any sport and ask them what it is like to play a game here. Ask Magic. Ask Gretsky, Ask Bledose, etc., etc. This has nothing to do with trying to steal anything. It has to do with tempers flaring during the peak of a 100 year rivalry.
