Ok... Hi every one I didn't see a fuel/ oil forum so I am putting it here.. [MODS FEEL FREE TO RELOCATE ] Been doing a little research and looked up some MSDS's sheets on line [MATERIAL SAFETY DATA SHEETS] Companies have to have em. so emergency responders know what they are dealing with in case of an emergency Like fire or medical. tells the contents of diff products.
These are close but not 100%. I list the main ingredients, some ingredients are in a real low %. not listed
AMSIOL SYNTHETIC FOGGING OIL
MINERAL SPIRITS 79%
NAPTHENIC OIL 11%
BUTOXYETHANOL 4%
PROPRIETARY SULFANATED HYDROCARBON SURFACTANT 3%
POLARIS FOGGING OIL
NAPINA PETROL 10-20%
NAPTHA DIST 55-65%
PETROLEUM CALCIUM SULFANATE 15-25%
LIQUID PET GAS 5-15%
BRIGGS AND STRATTON FOGGING OIL
LUBE OIL 500 SUS 61-71%
INHIBITED PARAFFIN OIL 25-35%
PROPANE < 10%
ISO BUTANE [PROPELLANT] < 10%
SOME WIERD OFF BRAND DANG DIDN'T GET THE NAME
1 STUDDARD SOLVENT 1-5%
ALLPHATICHYDROCARBONS 40-70%
ISOBUTANE PROPELLANT 10-30%
AND LAST , BUT CERTAINLY NOT LEAST
..................MERCURY MARINE STORAGE SEAL FOGGING OIL......................
NAPTHA 78%
PROPANE 12%
N-BUTANE 8%
Those are the only brands I could come up with in an hour. STABIL, made by Gold Eagle or something like that didn't want to give it up, I couldnt find.
EDIT.... THIS ADDITION COURTESY OF 109 JB FROM GRAINGER"S WEBSITE THANK YOU!!!
STABIL
PETROLEUM DISTILLATE 87%
PROPANE 10%
ISO BUTANE 3%
Also there are several diff types of Naptha for instance.. but I just listed em as Naptha look up the MSDS for yourself if you wanna get real serious
It took some digging and this the best I could come up with. no guarantees on accuracy or spelling, but did my best... Some food for thought
