Ideas/Suggestions for 'Drying Out' Bulkheads

Aint that some stuff? Your fuel tank peed condensate on your foam and bulkhead!:facepalm: I could see that being a problem for other boats with metal fuel tanks that aren't foamed in to reduce condensate, a constant source of water making below deck... not good!

I'm glad you got things fingered out and you're confident in your repair, that's a real nice boat and it would be a shame for something as trivial as fuel tank condensate to ruin it.

By the time you get the sail boat fixed up you should be a Past Master of the 2 part foam!;)

Thanks, the boat is much more solid. The tech support folks at Formula told me that the fuel tank and proper foaming is an important part of the boat's structure. It was a huge difference in how tight the boat felt once the work was done.

Yes, I am starting to get this foam stuff down. Heat the liquid parts to about 85-90 degrees for best results. :thumb:
