Post #8 asked you to post compression values.-----Now you know why that is the first step in trouble shooting.----I would just take the motor apart for a simple rebuild.-----Not sure if you can find a shop out in BC to do that work.

It is simple to fix in my opinion.----Done many of these 3 cylinder motors.-----Take it apart.----Inspect everything and then come up with a plan.

With your limited knowledge that's a tough one. You could pull the head and see if the gasket let go. You would also need to know why it happened. Usually cheaper and easier to find a new used outboard. Sorry it happened to you.

It might be worth your time to use another gauge and compare the numbers.
If they are still no good pulling the head and doing an inspection will tell you a lot about what’s going on.

Likely it will need to be bored and honed , then oversize pistons / ring fitted.----Not hard if you have some basic nuts and bolts knowledge.------3 piston kits at $150 each.----Boring / honing at $80 each hole.----Gasket set at $100.-----Might consider water pump kit $100 and lower unit seal kit at $100

Here is what I mean, 3 to 4 hours south of the border drive from you.....maybe. I didn't see any in Vancouver but I'm sure they come up. Older 2 strokes are on the way out so if your patient, you can find a used one for fairly cheap. If used correctly they are very reliable outboards. The lower gearcase and the power head are the two main components that you don't want to go out. Quite a bit of time and energy with what Race is saying but it is fun to learn. I would double check and make sure the gauge is working correctly as mentioned but odds are it is. Anyhow, here is one of probably many that will come up.

Your the Canadian with the blown engine right? Or did the a second compression test, test out better? Flywheels get a little stuck but tighten the main puller bolt and than tap with a hammer... It will pop like Tp says.
