Amazing regardless which boat project you see, the rot looks all the same. Once you get all that rot removed, things will look up for sure.

Wood rot on boats is like metal rot on cars. Universal and the process is the same.....cut out, replace, refinish

glad to hear ya made it through Mathew , we still cleaning up here in flagler gl with ya work , I will subscribe if for nothing else just to see how that transom is :)

The transom, is still good.
​BUT!!! a guy came by and offered me a bunch of $$$ for my free boat.
It's now his project. He's actually gonna scrap the hull and use the motor on another FREE boat.
Gonna change that project for another. A new porch.
