Cool Fuel Gen 3 Module Sea Water Connection

Use a hair dryer or heat gun on low setting. Heating it up should allow hose to be removed. Could also cut the hose to remove it and use some straight auto heater hose Merc changed the pump and now uses screw in fittings and no bracket. Both old and new designs are dumb IMO

Mercruiser 3.0L LX - EST Ignition - how to check for proper spark?

Right now I don't see where you have an ignition problem, it might be incorrect firing order but my guess is it's low compression or a carb issue Have you done a compression test, if so what are the numbers? Your firing order should be 1-3-4-2 and the distributor turns clockwise

    Ujoints clunking?

No don't see that as the issue You had noise under load, replaced gimbal and still have noise unloaded. I would say you need U-joints The test for a gimbal bearing is, put fingers in bearing with drive off and rotate. If it feels smooth as silk, its ok

    Bravo 3 Driveshaft Oil Seal

Should not be any issues so long as you have the Merc manual and tools. Will need a rolling torque wrench and couple other special tools. I made my own bushing/seal remove/install tool.
