    Another thought is if the cylinder is running lean and causing enough heat to crack the manifold then it should also warp the valves, and that's not happening

    My understanding Auto trim has 5 settings. Manual says to setup using 3 for normal cruise. As speed is decreased trim is adjusted. Then down button which selects 2 and so on to 1 as speed slows. Same goes with 4 and 5, which 5 being close to or at WOT.

    Don't know of anyone which makes a 2 ALT 3 bank isolator, I would suggest 2 ACR's Eng 1 thru ACR to house Eng 2 thru ACR to house The ACR will not let the house be over charged so feeding the house from either motor should supply house Bat with power when either are running.

    I will vote no it didn't, because your on a hose so the hose is pushing water thru the motor.

    So this is a used motor? Cranking it more times would not increase the amount of pressure Your motor uses a flat style cap. Check timing of the distributor. Check the fuel pressure at the rail, should be 50-60 psi (3.4-4.0 bar)
