    Have a look at what I wrote earlier. There are specifically described black max props suitable for her. Most common is the 14x13” version, perhaps. You’ll need something along those lines or close really. You’re asking a fair bit of that wee engine.

Given what you’ve said..it’s now quite likely that you may be hitting the rpm limiter perhaps. What rpm are you seeing at full throttle ? Is this one of the newer 2.1l merc 115...
