    Others have said before because your not using a stock omc key. I'm sure people will pipe in shortly. You might have to lap the flywheel and are you using a torque wrench to tighten the nut?

    Most of the engine parts you can buy OEM new in lots of places, if your looking for the steering tube, clamps.....t&t then I would try to find a parts motor. Ate yours corroded out or what's up?

    Highly likely but check spark plug wires, connections including grounds and continuity through wires.

    Well it's not American made but then what is.... Fine motor really just look for signs of misuse. (Salt damage, greased fittings, paint sun damage ) To bad it's not a two stroke!

    Getting no beep when turning the key

    Battery, corroded wire or something along those lines is where I would start. Check voltage at starter solenoid from battery and then the other side of the solenoid while turning the key.

    Well your in it now. Go online and seek out testing all those components and then you should have this tool to put everything back on so they are set right in relation to the flywheel. Look and see if any of those components have wear marks where they might have rubbed on the flywheel.

    Take picture of under the flywheel. Plug wires looks my good means nothing. Try to eliminate one thing at a time correctly.

    Check for damaged wires coming from under the flywheel....could have a short When you swapped coils did you also move the coil wire?

    Try the coil, then try pumping the primer ball when it's starts to die.....different tank, then report back. You might possibly try this.

    Try switching the coils and see if the problem follows the coil....if it does you know you have a bad coil. If it doesn't follow... it could be your power pack.

    Frustrating I'm sure. Have you been under the flywheel? If so was it clean? Did you replace anything and if so we're those components aligned properly. Could be one cylinder but it seemed like it leaned out and quit at the end of your video. Have you tried a portable gas tank....wondering if...
