    I see. Not sure that your heated pipe will shrink enough. You could maybe use PEX A pipe and a expansion tool like plumbers use. Not sure of your dimension though.

    Replaced the rubber line previously discussed and the other one that goes from the bottom intake to the starboard side of the block near the back. Both were old and cracked. Pretty sure those wouldn't make smoke though. What else could make smoke can me out down there....bad lower block gasket...

    Did you look down in the carb and see if the butter fly valves is completely closed like previously discussed? Is that middle spark plug wet? You say you checked for spark, did you check for GOOD Spark? Adjustable spark arc tester with a nice crisp blue spark.

    Forgot the pics....yes, there is two on this one. Both hard and cracked. I'm hoping that's where the smoke was coming from. Do you know if the fluid is going up or down....I'm assuming it's lubing the upper bearing.

    The parts breakdown shows you both options for your motor too. Again, e140t L cos the L means 20 inch shaft.

    The parts breakdown just shows you both because they use the same page for both models. It's up to you to know. The code says there the same, 20 inch, but if you look or measure the outside (tilt bracket to cav plate) they should also be the same. The difference is 5 inches so it should be...

    Not exactly sure of your question but both motors have a L in the model number which means long shaft or 20 inches. Is that your question?

    Back on your engine harness you will see a black rubber boot. Inside is the fuse.

    How did you jump the starter? Or did you jump the battery. Sounds like a blown fuse maybe but you might have a fried wire. Do you know how to jump a soloniod?

    If the coil packs are wired wrong it will cause backfiring. Simple to check.
