    Wobble roller placement

Here is a picture on mine sitting on my previous trailer. Have since gone to a drive-on aluminum trailer Note that the rear roller bunks are wider that the front bunks do to the hull design

    Wobble roller placement

Ideally, you want the roller bunks as wide as possible for stability with rollers sitting on, or close proximity to the stringers.

    Need help

It doesn't......use an A/B switch. The B60 is better at high speed and has better bottom discrimination. Switch over to the GT-51M transdcuer for CHIRP and side scan functionality

    Need help

Went with the B60 thru hull back in my Furuno days for the 45 degree cone angle. Switched to Garmin CHIRP with side scan when it came out. The CHIRP unit supports the B60 so I left it. Less interference than the transom mount GT-51M when running

    Water in my lenses

I too played the game with "Diving bell" lights before LED came out. Later versions even came out with the bulbs sealed in a seperated, plastic housing that fit inside the outer housing, Replaced the entire module when the bulb burned out. I believe the lights I had where Peterson and or...

    Need help

You should be fine. Have you seen the size of the comparable TM260 transducer? Similar in size to a "paving brick" hanging off the transom. Know a couple of guys that tried route when they first came out... no thanks

99 Bayliner Trophy 22 foot top speed

Comparing pumpkins to apples. A 140hp I/O on my 22’ (280 hp max) would have a tough time even getting it on plane

    Water in my lenses

Unless hermetically sealed, the inside of the lamp assembly is at atmospheric pressure. Submerging the housing below the water line increases pressure on the inside of the housing. With outside pressure exceeding that of the inside, you end up with the Manneken Pis….,,,in you housing.

    Battery charger recommendation for winter

Don't own a trickle charger.....never have. Can live with the 4-5% self discharge in the 3-4 months the equipment sits idle. Charge the batteries up when I back the boat into the barn in December. Throw the charger on them the day before Spring start-up. Use the same procedure for all the LA...

    Need help

The picture is missing a reference to the center line. Is that "1" ahead" referencing the center lines of the two or their circumferences? Considering it's a B series transducer, you could move it further off center line to give a bit more separation?

    Airmar B175 Transducer Installation

You can put an intake on center line with a single engine installation but you run the risk of prop cavitation. In my case, I have two water intakes, a thru hull transducer and a side scan transducer mounted on the transom. On top of that, had to make sure they all cleared the support...

    Need help

Distance isn’t an issue, per se. The issue is the turbulence generated by said protrusion with the boat in motion. Just make sure the transducer is in front (fore) of any protrusions in the hull. My transducer is just slightly off the keel, flanked by intakes on both sides. Roughly 6” in...

Rust, generally how to clean and best spray to keep it from rusting?

Galvanize (zinc) is a sacrificial coating. It is not a rust preventative. Unless the zinc is in direct (molecular) contact with the steel, it serves no purpose. Might as well top coat with silver paint. Done commercially, it would be pickled (dipped in hydrochloric acid) to remove any surface...

    NOCO LifeP04 in lawn mower

Mine is a 29 HP Kohler Command Pro - 2015, 1925 hours Have you checked the amp draw on the PTO? I had to replace mine when it started throwing misc sensor codes when I engaged or disengaged the PTO. Kohler said the electronics are designed to run down to 6 volts. Never saw anything that low...

    Ratcheting RG-45 crimpers or regular

Depends on the experience of the user. Ratcheted allows you to set and maintain a constant compression rate. Allows even an inexperienced installer to make good, consistent crimps. Hand crimper... not so much

99 Bayliner Trophy 22 foot top speed

Sounds about right. The boat in that configuration is a bit under powered. My buddy bought his new. Wanted to race me (different mfg. boat with 225 hp outboard) to the other side, ~6-7 miles. My top end is @40 mph and I walked away from him at a pretty good clip
