    Shouldn’t be all that bad. Completely refit my hull 10 years ago. All new hoses and pumps. Replaced both scuppers and all 9 thru-hulls with Stainless. Once you figured out a system it goes pretty well. Was able to do without help

    All class D VHF radios have DSC functionality. Going the radio route is a lot cheaper and provides better overall functionality.

    Typically only use one pump on live well. Circulate and aerate are the same function with aerate being on a timer to conserve battery power.

    Not really...... While you may save a couple of bucks upfront, the life expectancy of a marine starting battery is about half that of a properly maintained deep cycle. I run Interstate DC27 that comes with a full 2 year warranty.
