    It shouldn't hurt anything if you swap the packs. The damaged pack will show the 1/2 cyl. missing. Done it a hundred times with no damage.

    After switching packs and the miss goes to the other 2 plugs??? I'd say the pack needs replacing. Swap all the wires and then check the results.

    1999 225 Johnson Trying to fix the T@T Might be airbound? Bad motor, replaced, added oil and motor works but won't go up or down. The release works or should I say it turns. Thanks

    Missing on 3-4 Try swapping the packs, check the grounds. I have a #12 wire about 14" long with alligator clips that I use as a temporary ground .

    Your post didn't make much sense?? Is your motor missing on #3 and 4? Use a good spark tester: Missing both on 3/4 sounds like the pack might be bad? Try swapping them around and see if #1/2 start missing? IF?? #3 or #4 is missing check the trigger leads, they are very thin and break under the...

    F14020-1 Can be found on Ebay from $7.25 to $30 Ebay # 173114838757 is the cheapest one. But you can run without it. It is a moisture seal and should be used.
