Spark plugs, rebuild carbs, and rebuild fuel pump. From what I read on 2 strokes of the carbs are not functioning 100% they will run rich and you won’t get the correct amount of oil in the motor

    Islander hull corrosion help!!

I took a sawzall and cut the foam into square grids and had a small shovel and pries cubes out at a time and then I started doing the cup brush and shop vac. It’s all a pain. Every bit of my foam was water logged or gas logged

Yes sir I have read classic cats whole thread and watermans whole thread as well. I have road signs, rivets, and 5200 just trying to get it all cleaned up. Someone posted it was like eating an elephant with a baby spoon getting this foam out. I couldn’t think of a better way to describe it...

    1987 Starcraft islander 190v?

There’s a troll on a Facebook group that is telling everyone to pour that foam back in their whole boat and under the tank. The corrosion I found is sad because it seems avoidable by Starcraft. Putting some paint and or plastic down would of prevented a lot of it.

Just an update. Found all the corrosion, except what is under the tank. Hopefully there is not any but doubtful. Working on getting the tank out. 20 gallons need to come out.
