    Are you able to take someone from the dealer out in your boat to duplicate the problem? You should not have to do anything other than let the shop fix it, don't let them make it your problem it's their problem.

    Track down the buzzing sound you're hearing, could be a bad/loose connection arcing. Measure the voltage at the starter while cranking, I'm guessing you will find low voltage.

    All good information above, flush motor. Don't forget about the trailer and brakes, rinse, rinse then rinse some more especially if the trailer is painted.

    If you have a voltmeter pull out one of the bulbs and measure the socket voltage. If all of the bulbs are dim and the bulbs are wired in series you may have low voltage due to a bad or corroded connection.

    The no or low water pressure reading is normal, the system runs on high water volume at low pressure. Just make sure there is water coming from the pisser.     Could be the motor is over heating which also causes the same alarm and makes the motor go into limp mode.
